Performed to music, you’ll “travel” over hills and through valleys on specially designed stationary bikes.

Designed for beginners as well as experienced athletes.

Class size is limited so please arrive early to reserve your spot.  Bike set up is important, let you instructor know if you are new and they can set your bike to specifications based on your height and body type. Towel and water bottles are required. A heart rate monitor is recommended, but not necessary.

Group strength & body conditioning that can do it all: Muscle Endurance, increase strength, burn fat, enhance muscle tone. Designed to burn calories long after workout is over.  Experience the power utilizing barbell, free weights, and your own body weight!  For all fitness levels!

 

INTERVAL BURN

It’s time to sweat!

A fun and challenging combination of cardio drills and resistance training using weights, steps, core boards and calisthenics. Everyone is encouraged to work at their  own pace. Be prepared for the ultimate calorie burning workout!

 

Kick it up!

Find your inner boxer!

Interval training that combines kickboxing, jump rope and weight conditioning.

Get ready to punch jab and kick for a full body cardio/toning workout.

 

PHYSIQUE SCULPT

Long and lean will get you into your jeans!

Isometric exercises and stretches to create long lean muscles.

Full body toning  through a process of dynamic exercises using your body weight.

The muscles are targeted and overloaded to fatigue then stretched for relief.

 

PILATES

Ultimate core workout!

A series of challenging, non impact movements to increase strength and flexibility.

Exercises will help improve alignment, balance, coordination as well as core strength.

Pilates teaches awareness of breath and spine alignment.

 

Rep Reebok

Get your build on!

Rep Reebok brings the science of getting stronger to group exercise.  Build your muscle strength, definition and endurance with a true weight lifting class.  Continuous movement will challenge every major muscle group (and then some).  Using Dumbbells, Barbells and Reebok Core board or Deck.

 

Yoga

Just Breathe!

Classes based on the Ashtanga yoga method are designed to increase strength, flexibility and stamina through intense physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation practices.

 

ZUMBA

Come and dance with us!

A combination of hip/hop and Latin dance moved to keep you moving and grooving!
