CYCLE

Pedal to the Metal ~ Take a virtual ride!

Build strength and cardio endurance while climbing, sprinting and cruising.   Performed to music, you’ll “travel” over hills and through valleys on specially designed stationary bikes. New to cycle?   Let the instructor help you set your bike based on your height and body type. Towel and water bottles are required.  A heart rate monitor is recommended, but not necessary.

 

BURN & FIRM

Get the results you came for ~ Feel the Burn!

 Functional Body weight and resistance training designed to burn calories and firm muscles at the same time.  Experience the burn utilizing resistance band, free weights, studio equipment and your own body weight!  For all fitness levels.

 

INTERVAL BURN

Get in, Get Sweaty, and Get on with your Day!

A fun combination of interval segments, cardio drills and resistance training.  Weights, steps, core boards and calisthenics combine for a challenging workout.  Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. Be prepared for the ultimate calorie burning workout!

Kick up your Metabolism with a 1~2 Punch!

Cross train your muscles utilizing muscle strength, combinations of kickboxing, jump rope techniques and conditioning drills. A full body workout to attack your problem areas!  Get ready to punch, jab and kick. Easy to adapt to all levels and styles.

 

PHYSIQUE SCULPT

Long and lean will get you into your jeans!

Learn isometric exercises and stretches to re-sculpt your muscles. Using your own body weight, ballet bar and weights, the muscles are targeted and overloaded to fatigue, then stretched for relief.  Experience the workout celebrities are doing!!

 

PILATES

Ultimate Powerhouse workout!

A series of challenging, non-impact movements which will focus on body awareness by learning to access your powerhouse.   Improve posture, flexibility, balance, tone, and bring your body into better alignment.  A variety of studio equipment used to intensify the pilates experience. All levels welcome.

 

REP/SET & LOAD

Get your build on ~ Lots of Reps, lots of sets!

Build your muscle strength, definition and endurance with a true weight lifting class.    Continuous movement will challenge every major muscle group (and then some).   Implementing barbells, weights and deck to increase your bone and muscle density.  Muscle building is an essential element to your total fitness, join us and get your build on!

 

YOGA

Just Breathe!

Yoga is designed to increase strength, flexibility and stamina. After intense physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation practices you will leave renewed. Go at your own pace and explore the mind/body connection.

ZUMBA® is for the beginner to the experienced dancer ~100% energy and 100% fun!   Dance away your worries with unique moves to motivating hip/hop and Latin dance music!   Fun fitness program that is great for both sculpting your body, lifting your soul and achieving long-term health benefits!

 

DANCE FUSION

Lean, lengthen, and sculpt!

Enjoy a dancer's physicality, marked by flexibility, strength, tone and gracefulness.  A comprehensive workout combining weights, stretching, and a variety of dance techniques.  Move to the beat and see great benefits in overall cardiovascular conditioning,  and learn Ballroom to Hip Hop moves while toning your body.

 

Fit Bit & Little Bits Camps

A little "Bit of Fitness" a whole lot of fun. Get your kids started on a life long affinity for fitness with 30 minutes of action packed fun. Help your kids build a strong body while having a blast!
