Parisi Speed School at
Fuse Family Fitness trains athletes of all ages and all sports by
focusing on the athlete’s foundation of speed, strength, endurance,
flexibility, balance, and coordination. The program also improves injury
prevention, general fitness, and most importantly confidence. The
entrance into the program is a comprehensive evaluation designed to
determine an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses so that the proper
program can be designed for that individual.

Group Exercise at Fuse
Family Fitness is the exercise of choice when it comes to working out at
Fuse. Our knowledgeable and friendly certified instructors, many of whom
have degrees in health & wellness, teach a diverse range of programs for
all abilities. Classes are fun, motivating and challenging for all
fitness levels. Here at Fuse we realize that many people have high
demands on their time from work, family and other commitments. To
compliment your busy lifestyle, most of our classes are 45 minutes with
the exception of the noon classes, which are 30 minutes. This enables
you to take consecutive classes in an hour and a half.

PlayCare at Fuse Family
Fitness offers child sitting activities for children age 6 months - 8
years. Our caring PlayCare staff schedules weekly activities so you can
